1. Thinking Preferences: This dimension identifies how individuals process information and solve problems, categorized into four styles: Analytical, Structural, Social, and Conceptual. It helps in understanding how people prefer to think and approach tasks.


2. Behavioral Preferences: This dimension assesses how individuals interact with others and handle work situations, including their preferred styles of communication and action. It includes attributes like Assertiveness, Expressiveness, and Flexibility.


The model uses a combination of these preferences to create a profile for each person, offering insights into their strengths, potential challenges, and optimal ways of working. By understanding these preferences, teams can improve collaboration, communication, and overall effectiveness, aligning roles and responsibilities with each member's natural tendencies. Emergenetics aims to foster a more cohesive and productive work environment through greater self-awareness and mutual understanding.
